The bark, roots, fruit and leaves are all used as remedies or therapeutic preventative agents.

Soil composition, contaminants such as pesticides, the use of antibiotics, beekeeping practices are all elements that play a role in the quality of honey bees produce. However, within the valley known as Wadi Duwan peacefully stands a majestic oasis of undisturbed Sidr trees. These trees are deeply embedded in the history of the land and staunchly protected by its people for the welfare of continuing its great medicinal legacy. I’ve been using sacred sidr for the past few months now. I have PCOS, I suffer from severe flare ups and the pain is crippling. I thought i’d give this honey a try to alleviate some of the symptoms associated with my PCOS. I add it to my cereal, my tea, toast, I add it to literally everything I drink and eat, the taste of this honey is also so good that you can have it on its own.

Long story short, I was skeptical at first, but this honey has alleviated almost all of my symptoms of my PCOS, especially the bloating. I can’t recommend this honeu enough, to anyone who has an illness or to anyone who wants optimal health.

  2. Derya Kucukali

The most therapeutic, delicious honey my family has tasted! At the first sign of a sore throat or illness, I mix this with some warm water or offer it straight off the spoon. I need to hide the jar from my youngest, it’s his absolute favourite honey.
