This page informs you of our terms & conditions regarding the visiting, purchase, sales of our products through this website.
Conditions of Use
Sacred Honey provide online shopping services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Sacred Honey, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Sacred Honey online shopping service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Sacred Honey, whether or not included in the Sacred Honey Website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. By making an online purchase from Sacred Honey you agree that you have read and agreed with all the terms and conditions.
Ordering
We only accept orders for shipment to Australian residential addresses. Overseas shipping addresses will not be accepted.
Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be delivered within 7 working days (Monday – Friday).
International Orders
We do not accept orders shipped to international addresses from our online shopping cart.

Payment
We accept payment online by PayPal. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
Sacred Honey does not store nor process any Credit Card information.
Delivery
Only delivery to Australian residential and business addresses are accepted (International shipping addresses are NOT accepted). Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if wish to discuss further.
We use Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.
Please make sure that delivery address and post code are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg Covid, civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
All shipments will be dispatched WITHOUT request for a delivery signature. The courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe location.
It is best if someone is available to receive the delivery directly. If you prefer to sign for your parcel, please make note in the comments section when placing your order.
Price
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax).
Product Delivery Restrictions
Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honey (runny or creamed honey) or beeswax products (eg. candles) into Western Australia.
Title
Sacred Honey retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.
Cancellation
Sacred Honey reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification prior to the order being dispatched.
Return & refund policy
Sacred Honey is committed to providing quality products to all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact us on 0408 888 444 within 7 days.
We are happy to provide an exchange where the product is faulty, unfit for the purpose intended or an incorrect size. In order to exchange you may be asked to provide proof of purchase so please retain all receipts issued to you. Where we agree to a product return, we will not arrange return delivery of the item, the delivery fee will be your responsibility. The product will be replaced from the same range or items of an equivalent value, if the item purchased is unavailable for any reason, will be sent.
Privacy & Your Information
We retain details necessary for successful fulfilment of your order and may use them for marketing purposes for example emailing or posting you information about seasonal offers. These include: name, address, telephone number and email address of sender, and name, address, telephone number and email address of recipient. We do not sell contact details to any other companies. We will never cold call you for marketing purposes. Credit card details are not retained after payment has been received.
